   Today the Knot Enough Thyme concept is being carried on by the original foundress,

   her family, and the spouse of our beloved partner, who now helps from heaven.

Knot Enough Thyme Ltd. President

Connie's passion is herbs and cooking.  She continues to raise herbs as she has for the past thirty years.  She constantly aspires to invent new uses for herbs in cooking.  Teaching elder hostels, civic groups and classes on classic cooking techniques give her a varied background. In addition, she continues her career with the company in management and administration.  This stimulates her lifetime interest in learning.  Knot Enough Thyme is the balance between career and her favorite pursuits.

In Loving Memory

Linda was a partner who fought a courageous fight against cancer and lost the battle on September 29, 2005.  She will remain in our hearts forever and will always be a part of Knot Enough Thyme.

Our Goal is:

• To embrace the things that current careers and obligations do not allow.
• To rejuvenate our lives by allowing more time with family and friends.
• To provide the highest quality products and culinary pleasure.

Our Team

Knot Enough Thyme Ltd. has contracted with a vocational center to pack

many of our herb and dip items.  Handicap is not a word that they or we

have in their vocabulary.  This team, under the supervision of skilled managers, 

is "tops" in our eyes.  They are dedicated to timely completion of tasks and to

producing quality products.  They take personal pride in each tin and packet

they hand-pack.

No job is too small or too big.     They are always up to the challenge.
