Knot Enough Thyme Ltd 

Spring is really early here in Iowa.  I just picked some asparagus and it is only April.  So far the herbs look good.  Sage is all leafed out, garlic and onion chives are ready to cut, and tarragon is up and full of garlic chives (pull, pull, pull)  The old barn received a facelift and a retail store was added to it.  Our hours are limited to one to two days a month (first Saturday &/or Sunday).  We are adding some interesting teas to our retail sales.  After we get the comments from the customers, we will decide whether or not to put them on the web.

Looks like the thyme didn't weather the winter too well.  They are in a container and that is part of the problem.  Every day there is a little more green, so I may be rushing them.
