This cookbook was created by the foundress of Knot Enough Thyme because time was always limited.  Being a farmwife the recipes were healthy, simple, but delicious.  Using our Roast Blend on a roast in the crockpot makes it easy to use the multiples herbs that add so much flavor.  Soup and Egg Blend not only makes breakfast eggs easy, but adds a gourmet touch with no fuss at all.  The book has all the recipes marked that use the Tjarks' Herb Blends.  However, there are a multitude of other recipes that require little time and effort.
