  Created by the foundresses of Knot Enough Thyme Ltd., the cookbook contains our favorite recipes. 

  Many are the original uses for several of the Tjarks' Blends.  These are all marked with a thyme sprig

  in the corner of the recipe.  A bee in the corner indicates that the recipe contains honey, preferrably

  Knot Enough Thyme Honey. 

  Many of the dishes can be classified as "comfort foods;" but we revised the process to give the taste  without the hours

  of preparation.  They are real "thyme" savers!
