Comfort Stone with Essential Oil

Unit contains one Comfort Stone and a bottle of Essential Oil of your choice.

If you haven't had the pleasure of using a comfort stone, now is the time to start.

Great for hands suffering from arthritis, a high stress day, or just a minute's relaxation time.

Place 2 to 3 drops of the Essential Oil on the Comfort Stone.  (Be sure to have a stone for each different oil.) Rub the stone gently between your palms.  The oil will transfer to your skin and the rubbing action will provide the gentle exercise to which arthritis responds.  Using this method on a high stress day gives your body a method of taking in the Essential Oil and its soothing properties 

You can add another drop of oil and either place the stone next to your favorite chair or on your bedside table for added aromatherapy.

Select the Essential Oil for your needs:

Lavender - Balancing, soothing, calming, and relaxing

Orange Scent - Cheering, refreshing, and uplifting

Marjoram, wild - Purifying and clarifying (great for the hands)
